Daily Responsibilities...
- Greet customers and asses their concerns with their vehicle
- Answer phones and transfer to the correct person if necessary
- Document customer concerns in shop management system
- Work with Service and Collision department and their customers
- Bill out customer at the end of repairs
- Build files and prepare all paper work for drop off
- Schedule and update rental vehicles
- Work closely with all members of the team to ensure a smooth repair process for the customer
Requirements
- Valid and Insurable Drivers license
- A great attitude
- Willingness to Learn
Some experience in the automotive or auto collision industry in an office setting or 1-2 years in a prior customer service roll required. Please submit your resume and a cover letter through really.
