We are an established medical practice in Riverside for over 20 years. We are seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and collect co-payments
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information in practice management system
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a medical or dental office preferred, but not necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Computer skills required like being able to use Office software.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
