Position Overview
We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Team Member who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding patient care. This role is ideal for a bubbly, detail-oriented individual with dental experience (preferably pediatric) and a passion for working in a team-oriented environment.
The position starts part-time, working 3 days a week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time schedule (4–5 days per week).
Key Responsibilities
- Patient and Family Care: Greet patients and families warmly, creating a welcoming and comforting environment for children.
- Clinical Support: Assist with dental procedures, ensuring all tools and materials are ready. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and families, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, assist with scheduling, and ensure accuracy in documentation.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations, offering support and assistance wherever needed.
- Infection Control and Safety: Follow all infection control protocols to maintain a safe and child-friendly environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a pediatric or general dental office preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to connect with children and families. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
