As a Front Desk Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing front office operations. Your core skills in computer literacy and clerical tasks, while your proficiency in multi-line phone systems will ensure effective communication. With a focus on organization and attention to detail, you will manage appointments and assist with optical inquiries and insurance verification. Your experience in customer support and office management will contribute to creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. Experience with vision insurances and medical insurances are a plus. This is a full time position. No part time position available.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management.
- Verify insurance information and maintain accurate records to support office operations.
- Utilize computer skills to manage office software, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette
- Background in customer service and support, with a focus on administrative tasks
- Familiarity with insurance verification processes
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and effective time management
- Previous experience in clerical roles as receptionist is a plus
