Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will support classroom activities and assist teachers in providing a nurturing and effective learning environment for students. This role is essential in helping to foster the academic, social, and emotional development of children, particularly in preschool and special education settings.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Support students with their learning needs, including behavior management and academic tasks.
- Help maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
- Supervise students during playtime, lunch, and other non-classroom activities.
- Assist in preparing instructional materials and organizing classroom resources.
- Observe student behavior and report any concerns to the lead teacher.
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a preschool, daycare, or private school setting is preferred.
- Background in early childhood education or special education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support diverse learning needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
