Washington DC 20006 – Hybrid with 1-2 days onsite a week Per Federal Govt Sector U.S Citizenship is required Ability to pass Federal background check is required for Level 4 Public Trust Clearance Our client is seeking a highly experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support its Agile Transformation Program. This role will be responsible for leading change management initiatives, fostering an Agile mindset, and ensuring smooth adoption of Agile frameworks across the organization. The OCM Lead will develop and execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and drive communication efforts to support our client’s Agile Program vision, mission, and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate Agile adoption across divisions. Lead organizational change efforts, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices and enterprise transformation goals. Design and execute communication plans to increase awareness and engagement among stakeholders. Provide training and coaching to leaders and teams on Agile transformation principles and change management methodologies. Establish and manage feedback loops to measure change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. Partner with Agile teams, leadership, and governance bodies to drive continuous improvement and cultural transformation. Develop and maintain knowledge-sharing platforms, playbooks, and training materials to support Agile learning and adoption. Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and the impact of transformation initiatives. Qualifications : Proven experience in organizational change management, Agile transformations, and enterprise-level change initiatives. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and their impact on organizational culture. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies, training programs, and communication plans. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and divisions. Change management certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is preferred. #M2
