Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential customers in their neighborhoods, presenting our products and services, and building lasting relationships. Duties
- Conduct door-to-door sales visits to introduce our products and services to potential customers.
- Utilize effective communication skills to engage prospects and build rapport.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide detailed information to answer customer inquiries.
- Manage leads through Salesforce or similar software, ensuring accurate tracking of interactions.
- Perform outbound calling as needed to follow up with leads generated from door-to-door efforts.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales or door-to-door sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Experience with outbound calling and warm calling techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- A proactive approach to business development, identifying new opportunities within the market.
- Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
