Human Resources Generalist
Job Summary :
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Generalist. This is a direct hire position in the Akron Ohio Area.
Industry : Automotive or Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with Korean bi-lingual skills to join our team, supporting our dynamic workforce within the automotive / manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their HR expertise to provide strategic guidance, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive key HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3 years of HR Generalist experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws relevant to manufacturing / automotive environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex and sensitive issues with discretion.
