Notifies supervisors and employees to complete evaluationsResponsible for recruiting all Providers and high-level positions within the HPWO organizationResponsible for the development of contracts for all clinical providerInitial Credentialing and re-credentialing of all providers (white files)Contact providers for the initial privileging appointmentRe-credential providers every two yearsMaintains oversight of the entire process to ensure all credentialed practitioner licensure and certifications are up to date and included in the credentials file. Responsible for assuring licenses and certifications are current and acceptable and appropriate resources are available for primary source verification and other departmental functions. Ensures that each credentialed provider has obtained all items required for the credentialing procedures manualMaintains primary source verifications of professional licenses, training, and board certifications.Primary source certification activities (National Practitioner Data Bank and DEA Verification of all eligible providers)Keeps the ATS (Paycor) and tracking sheets updatedCompletes interviews with candidatesPlaces employment ads, receives resumes and organizes them for reviewArranges interviews and observation time with applicants as directedConducts employee orientation and trainingsMaintains compliance with Federal and State regulations concerning employment (Worker's Compensation, Unemployment, FMLA, Equal Opportunity Employer, Sexual Harassment, and Confidentiality)Respects and maintains employee confidentialityRepresents HPWO
