Duties
- Manage employee recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes, ensuring timely performance reviews and feedback.
- Administer benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding their options.
- Collaborate on affirmative action planning initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for accurate employee records and data management.
- Utilize tools such as ADP, Oracle, lever, and iCIMS for efficient HR operations.
- Assist in developing training programs that enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining company policies.
- Provide guidance to management on HR-related issues and best practices.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Proficient in using HR software systems such as ADP, Oracle, lever, iCIMS, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
