We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. This is a fully in-office position and requires a reliable commute. The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring a positive and efficient employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with benefits enrollment, compliance tracking, and leave management
- Support HR projects, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Reliable commute to Toledo, Ohio is required
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, in-office position (no remote work)
- Standard Monday–Friday business hours
- Pay is DOE (Depending on Experience)
