Position Description
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department. This position carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas : departmental development, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, and employment.
Duties / Responsibilities

- Assists with the tracking of departmental and agency measurements that support the accomplishment of the agency's strategic goals.
- Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR department.
Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and retains record consistent with agency record retention requirements.
