Duties : About the jobIn this important and critical role, you will partner closely with key business executive leaders and Human Resources Business Partners to provide compensation consulting and support on day to day needs and strategic compensation initiatives for Juniper's global R&D / Engineering organizations. We are looking for team players who are creative and naturally curious with skills to influence at all levels.Role Responsibilities : Provide exceptional compensation consulting and support to Juniper's global R&D / Engineering organizations aligned with compensation philosophy and guidelines.Collaborate closely with our HR Business Partners and key business leaders / stakeholders to provide compensation consulting and support on day to day needs such as new hire offers, promotion recommendations, job levelling, retention proposals, etc.Lead strategic compensation projects for assigned business client groups such as our annual compensation planning cycle, bonus process, retention programs, M&A, etc.Provide subject matter expertise and support on HR Technology projects as it relates to compensation requirements, process, reporting, testing, and data.Lead compensation design projects that require a broad understanding of compensation programs and principles (e.g. short term incentives, job architecture, long term incentives, base pay programs, salary structures, budgeting, benchmarking, etc.).Design and deliver compensation training and communications.Ensure company compliance with local government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices and highlight potential issues.Skills : 10 years of global broad-based compensation experience, preferably in the high tech industry.Excellent understanding of the tech industry, competitive marketplace, and market intelligence.Highly competent knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and other analytical tools.Experience With HCM Tools (e.g. Oracle, Workday, SAP, Etc.).Proven track record in stakeholder management & are customer focused.Self-driven with great organization skills and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize your workload.Able to navigate remote management / team collaboration and are comfortable with virtual communication tools.Ability to analyze data and create meaningful insights.Demonstrate confidence, credibility, good judgment and are always on the lookout to do better and take on new challenges.Education : Bachelors or Masters' degree in Business, Finance, Economics or HRM.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function OtherIndustries IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
