Alternate Perspectives, Inc. (API) is looking for a motivated Admissions Counselor to recruit and enroll students in Job Corps at one of our operated centers. In this role, you'll guide young adults through the admissions process, helping them gain access to life-changing career training programs.

What You'll Do
- Conduct outreach activities and establish partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups.
- Met monthly goals for prospecting, processing, and enrolling students.
- Assess, verify, and document applicant eligibility for enrollment.
- Assist students and families through the application and admissions process.
- Coordinate transportation and pre-enrollment activities for new students.
- Monitor the progress of students you recruit and provide supportive services as needed.
- Participate in community relations activities to promote Job Corps.
- Support student retention efforts and ensure successful program participation.
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree OR an Associate degree with 2 years of experience in human services, counseling, education, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, networking, and customer service skills.
- Technical: Proficiency in computers and data tracking systems.
- Other Requirements: Experience working with youth is a plus. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.
