Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and managing correspondence
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
- Recruit, interview, and hire caregivers
- Providing support to our office and home care staff
- Primarily focusing on employee recruitment and training
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Typing, proofreading, and editing documents
- Performing data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Providing administrative support to team members as needed
- Operating phone systems and directing calls to the appropriate parties
- Primary focus on employee (caregiver) recruitment, employee training and onboarding
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in typing with a high level of accuracy
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Familiarity with data entry processes and software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of office management procedures and systems
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is a plus
