Director, Entitlement Operations

Alteryx is looking for a Director, Entitlement Operations in Broomfield, CO (Remote is an option). The Director, Entitlement Operations is a newly created critical and highly visible role. The Director will be responsible for entitlement/licensing implementation, cross functional strategy input, development and design, talent support and growth across a global team. In this role you will lead the global licensing team and partner with a multitude of cross-functional stakeholders including Revenue, Sales Operations, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software entitlement operations. This individual will support the entitlement and provisioning roadmap and execution by leading a team focused on operational execution and building scalable and efficient business processes while providing excellence in customer service. An important aspect of this role will be identifying and implementing process improvements in the entitlement lifecycle to minimize friction while supporting the company's policies and delivering a high level of support to internal and external customers. Further, this individual will be instrumental in helping build, train, and manage a global licensing team in support of the company’s strategic goals around the globe. Responsibilities: Manage the entitlement and licensing function within finance business processes Develop cross functional relationships with Product Management, Engineering, Enterprise Applications and Sales/Sales Operations Serve as the business lead for relationship management and ongoing support of related systems (FlexNet Operations ALM) Spearhead process improvements through automation Ability to resolve complex operational problems with minimal supervision Build a scalable organization across the globe that can support the needs of the business today and in the future Act as a liaison with critical teams within the organization to support and develop applicable Roadmap requirements and deliverables. Participate in discussions with business stakeholders to develop recommended changes to and support the deployment of company's process and policies are entitlement/licensing of both On-Premise and Cloud product platforms Provide support to career development strategy across the team Lead Fulfillment and Operations functions, providing ongoing coaching and development of the team Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Business Management Operations or related field Minimum 3 years entitlement/licensing management and/or delivery experience Minimum 2 years' experience with a public company in software or technology industry Experience using Flexera FlexNet Operations preferred, experience with similar systems accepted Excellent written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally Very high attention to detail Ability to meet tight deadlines, and prioritize contending workloads in a fast paced high-growth environment Compensation: Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Broomfield, CO starts at $132,100 - $231,200. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
