This role requires a proven leader with experience managing a team of freight forwarding sales professionals and a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic leadership and hands-on sales expertise to drive success in air, ocean, domestic, and warehousing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand market presence.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging industry contacts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of sales leadership experience in freight forwarding or logistics.

• Experience selling air, ocean, domestic, and warehousing services.
• Strong ability to drive business development and bring in new accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
