Your role will directly impact the efficiency and success of the company’s logistics functions, ensuring shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Import/Export Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Documentation Handling: Prepare and process essential shipping documents including bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
- Carrier Coordination: Communicate with carriers, vendors, and clients to arrange transportation and resolve any operational issues.
- CargoWise Expertise: Use CargoWise to manage shipment data, track inventory, generate reports, and optimize the platform for greater efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with international regulations, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Requirements
- CargoWise Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of CargoWise, including managing import, export, and customs processes.
- Freight Forwarding Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in air and ocean freight forwarding, with a strong understanding of the full logistics process.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate across teams, negotiate with vendors, and communicate effectively with clients.
- Problem-Solving: Quick to identify challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that all shipping documents are accurate and compliant with regulations.
