Your role will directly impact the efficiency and success of the company’s logistics functions, ensuring shipments are delivered on time and in compliance with all regulations.
Please note : This is an on-site role – if the idea of being in the office makes you break into a cold sweat, this is not the job for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Import / Export Management : Oversee the full lifecycle of air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Documentation Handling : Prepare and process essential shipping documents including bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
- Carrier Coordination : Communicate with carriers, vendors, and clients to arrange transportation and resolve any operational issues.
- CargoWise Expertise : Use CargoWise to manage shipment data, track inventory, generate reports, and optimize the platform for greater efficiency.
- Compliance : Ensure all shipments comply with international regulations, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.
