  • Role and Responsibilities

    Other duties may be assigned, as necessary.

  • Assist with typing and formatting of audit reports through use of Microsoft Office (2013 Word and Excel) and accounting software.
  • Assist front desk, which includes answering phones, assisting clients, receiving and logging payments, watering plants, receiving and logging mail, sometimes the sole coverage for short periods of time. May include running errands, and standing for short periods of time.
  • Assist tax department with preparing return packets, client contact, run billing reports and statements.
  • Proposals, which include reading and understanding RFPs, creating a proposal from our templates, editing to fit the specific client needs, contacting the client for clarification, and formatting to present a finished product.
  • Complete administrative errands as necessary.
  • Must be a TEAM player with a positive attitude. We have monthly morale events and a relaxed environment even during stressful times.
  • Required Skills

    Exceptional oral and written communication skills

    Detail-oriented and organized

    Proactive and effective communicator

    Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

    Supervisory Relationship

    Reports to Office Manager

    Work Environment

    Schedule : Monday Friday, 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm, Some required overtime between Sept. 1 - Nov. 15th.
