Responsibilities
Cold Prospecting: Make 200 daily outbound calls and emails to connect with small business owners and generate qualified leads.
Lead Qualification: Use targeted questions to understand prospects' needs, pain points, and readiness to scale.
Close Deals: Present tailored solutions to business owners, overcome objections, and secure long-term clients.
Event Sales: Drive ticket sales for flagship events like the Scale180 Workshops and Business Builders Weekly calls.
Relationship Building: Establish trust and position Altru Partners as a valuable partner for growth.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools like HubSpot or GoHighLevel to manage leads, track interactions, and update the sales pipeline.
Exceed Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, contributing to Altru Partners’ overall growth.
Competencies
Fearless and persistent approach to cold calling and prospecting.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and prospects efficiently.
Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
Ability to confidently present solutions, address objections, and close deals.
A self-motivated and resourceful attitude to meet ambitious sales targets.
Familiarity with small business challenges and growth strategies is a plus.
Education & Experience
GED or high school diploma required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
1-3 years of proven sales experience, particularly in cold calling or business development roles.
Experience in using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel is highly desirable.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to travel locally for prospecting and attending events as needed.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a mix of in-office and on-the-road activities.
