Description
Seeking an experienced Patient Account Collector to follow up on unpaid Patient Cosmetic and/or Psychiatric claim balances.
- Provide excellent patient-customer service.
- Make outbound calls to patients to collect open balances.
- Notify customers with high balances and mailing past-due notices.
- Review and reconcile patient ledger and balances.
- Follow up status of the payment.
- Itemize and print courtesy statements for patients.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum one-year of Patient Cosmetic Surgery collections experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Knowledge of soft collection techniques is required.
- Compassionate, understanding and patient-centric
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel preferred data entry skills and typing of 40wpm.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
