Nursing Support Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Clinical Teaching Assistant in our Nursing Program. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to nursing faculty members, ensuring students receive high-quality instruction and hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will include:
- Assisting nursing faculty members with student supervision
- Supervising students' skills performance and evaluating their progress
- Responding to Early Alerts submitted by faculty and staff
You will also be expected to consult with nursing faculty members as needed, working with diverse groups of nursing students in clinical settings. Additionally, you may assist faculty and staff in identifying trends and researching best practices in student persistence and completion.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and at least one year of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical hospital setting. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.
