Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team in providing high-quality care to seniors at our facility in Honolulu. The CNA will be responsible for assisting residents with daily activities, physical tasks, and emotional support to help them maintain their overall wellbeing.
Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $20 to $22 per hour, paid weekly. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting
- Monitor residents' physical and mental health, report any changes to the supervising nurse
- Provide emotional support to residents and engage them in recreational activities
- Observe and record residents' vital signs and report any abnormalities to the nurse
- Keep residents' rooms clean and organized and assist with laundry as needed
- Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the wellbeing of residents
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for each resident
- Valid CNA certification from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1-year experience working as a CNA in a healthcare or senior care facility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
