Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure effective care plans
- Provide transportation to appointments, events, and errands as needed
- Current CNA or NA certification in the state of Hawaii
- Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility, lifting, and other physically demanding tasks
