Physical Therapist - $65-$70 - per diem/visit

Description of the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. This is an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our valued patients in the stunning city of Honolulu, Hawaii. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, allowing you to align it with your needs and preferences.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the individual needs of patients.
• Develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on patient progress in collaboration with physicians.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of interdisciplinary patient care plans specifically tailored to physical therapy.
• Administer diagnostic and prognostic tests to evaluate patients' muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities.
• Effectively alleviate pain, enhance function, and optimize performance through a diverse range of physical therapy techniques.
• Educate and guide patients and their families in the physical therapy program.
• Coordinate outpatient services for procedures that cannot be administered at home.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, treatments, and patients' therapy intervention responses.
• Provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and paraprofessionals.
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Hold a valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Hawaii.
• Minimum of one year of institutional/home health experience preferred.
• Complete a criminal background check.
• Possess current CPR certification.
• Competitive compensation ranging from $65 to $70 per hour.
