Physical Therapist - $65-70/visit (per diem)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our esteemed team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional and personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will have the flexibility to create a schedule that aligns with your personal needs and preferences.

Your responsibilities in this rewarding position will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to determine the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborating with physicians to develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Contributing to the development and implementation of interdisciplinary patient care plans specifically tailored to physical therapy.
• Administering diagnostic and prognostic tests to evaluate the muscles, nerves, joints, and functional abilities of patients.
• Utilizing advanced physical therapy techniques to effectively alleviate pain, enhance function, and optimize performance.
• Educating and guiding patients and their families in the physical therapy program.
• Coordinating outpatient services for procedures that cannot be conducted at home.
• Maintaining accurate and timely records of evaluations, treatments, and patients' therapy intervention responses.
• Providing necessary supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and paraprofessionals.
  
  
  

To qualify for this fulfilling position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Hold a valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Hawaii.
• Have a minimum of one year of institutional/home health experience (preferred).
• Successfully complete a comprehensive criminal background check.
• Possess a current CPR certification.
