What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Front Office Coordinator position at Always Smile Dental Care?
We are a "startup" dental office located in North Brunswick, NJ , and we are hiring a someone who can work the front office .This role will take comprehensive front desk responsibilities including scheduling, checking in/out patients and will need to help the dentist as an assistant during the first few months as we get of the ground.
Ideally this person can also help in the back office of this dental practice - there is potential for long term growth.
Qualifications:
- Must have , including dental insurance verification experience and treatment planning
- Familiar with dental insurance plans
- Care about delivering the best patient experience.
- Hands on experience of patient management software (preferably open dental)
- Excellent verbal communication
- Being bilingual is preferred. (Spanish a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Dental insurance verifications for upcoming appointments
- Schedule patient appointments
- Reschedule patients who miss appointments
- Contact patients to complete treatment
- Manage dentist schedule
- Assist patients with financial arrangements. Ability to overcome objections
- Execute all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork
- Credential the doctor with insurance networks.
- Order supplies and participate in the smooth functioning of the office.
