Scheduling Coordinator – Austin and Surrounding Areas
Amada Senior Care of Austin is currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to become part of our growing team. Our mission is to Enrich Lives of our Clients and Caregivers.
The Scheduling Coordinator will be the first of contact for caregivers and clients alike. We are looking for an individual who is confident and can communicate to new and existing clients and personnel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and messages as the first point of contact to the office
- Manage active caregiver and client schedules
- Assist with administrative duties such as new client onboarding, client questions and concerns, and more.
- Oversee needs of clients to ensure the care plan is updated as needed
- Ensure compliance with Amada Senior Care policies, procedures and documentation
- MUST be able to participate in Mandatory On-Call rotation
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Two years experience as a caregiver with seniors
- Two years related work with scheduling and/or administrative assignments
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
