The Business Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of The Amador Gallery, Gondola Airbnb, and other income streams. They will ensure efficient processes, manage partnerships, and supervise other team members. This individual will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and streamlining operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage venue bookings, including handling inquiries on platforms such as PeerSpace, VenueBook, and Airbnb.
- Build partnerships with local businesses, particularly in the coffee, fitness, and networking communities.
Supervise the work of VAs and ensure social media strategies are executed effectively. Handle client communications and follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability.
Required Skills:
- Experience in business operations (hospitality, real estate, or event management preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with booking platforms and CRM tools.
- WordPress savvy for managing and updating websites.
