LOCATION
This position is located at our property Aman Tokyo in Japan.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Under the direct supervision of the Front Reception Manager, the Front Reception Agent is responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction in accordance with the Policy and Procedure, Standard Operating Procedures and other guidelines established by the hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check in and check out including casher at the hotel
- Escort guests to the room and familiarize the hotel service and amenities
- Maintain Guest History profiles and ensure Guest Recognition, Customer Delight and Retention on daily bases
- Full knowledge of stay package and promotions available to guests
- Full knowledge of guest rooms and information of outlets in the hotel
- Full knowledge of the operational systems at Front Office
- Communicate guest preference information with other departments to delivery customer delight
- Conduct Upsell for the room and Cross sell to outlets to maximize hotel revenue
- Be aware of Hotel Safety Procedures
- Maintain strong relationship and goodwill with regular guests
- Help each other across departmental boundaries
QUALIFICATIONS
ESSENTIALS :
Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese
Experience as Front Reception Agent in an international luxury hotel
Computer knowledge (MS Office / Oepra)
Motivated and team builder
DESIREBLES :
Verbal and written proficiency in Chinese
