Wages start at $22.00 per hour tips
- minimum 4 years experience in gourmet, casual fine dinning, scratch kitchens
- Ability to have a flexible schedule based on Event days and times.
- Ability to effectively communicate in a busy environment.
- Ability to to do basic math to scale recipes up / down.
- Ability to work as a team to efficiently and effectively prep / execute the daily goals.
- Ability to show up to work on time with a positive and proactive mindset.
