Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Representative who will be the face of our company on the job site. This is a hands-on role that works closely with builders, remodelers, and homeowners to make sure each cabinet project is built and installed just right.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, friendly, and professional. You’ll visit job sites, take field measurements, read blueprints, and help guide projects from the first site visit to the final install. You don’t need to use cabinet design software for this role—but you do need to understand how cabinets are built and installed.
What You’ll Do
- Visit job sites to gather information and represent the company professionally
- Take detailed measurements to ensure cabinets fit perfectly in each space
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Communicate clearly with builders, remodelers, and homeowners to confirm project details
- Help ensure projects stay on track, solving issues as they come up in the field
- Work closely with our internal team to relay site conditions, measurements, and installation needs
- Catch and report issues early, before they become bigger problems
- Ensure quality and accuracy in every stage of the project, from field prep to final walkthrough
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cabinet manufacturing, carpentry, or construction
- Strong understanding of cabinet installation requirements and site coordination
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent measuring skills – precision is a must
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional presence on job sites – punctual, respectful, and dependable
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally around the San Antonio area

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
