Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Technician who brings together a customer-focused mindset with field experience in cabinet manufacturing or construction. In this role, you will work directly with builders, remodelers, and homeowners—measuring spaces, reviewing plans, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through install. You’ll play a critical role in helping our clients understand their options and ensuring that each project is accurately scoped and ready for production.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, working with customers, and seeing their work come to life in beautiful finished spaces. You won’t need to create cabinet designs, but you must be able to read blueprints, take precise measurements, and speak confidently about our products and capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our company onsite with professionalism, care, and a strong customer service attitude
- Support the sales process by providing accurate site measurements and verifying space conditions
- Interpret and review blueprints to ensure alignment with product scope
- Work closely with builders, remodelers, and homeowners to clarify project needs and expectations
- Communicate project details to the internal production team to ensure accurate quoting and manufacturing
- Identify potential issues early and help resolve them before they impact production
- Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cabinet manufacturing, carpentry, or construction
- Strong communication skills – confident and clear in front of customers and team members
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent field measuring skills – precision and accuracy are critical
- Understanding of custom cabinet installation requirements
- Sales mindset – eager to help customers make informed decisions
- Professional presence in the field – dependable, respectful, and organized
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally around the San Antonio area
