The base pay for this position ranges from $50,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,200/year in our highest geographic market. Key job responsibilities
- Support the execution of the carbon data engagement and sharing plan, tracking key milestones and progress to goal across 50 suppliers this year.
- Create a scalable repository of sustainability materials and integrate automatic trigger of actions for every new carrier or new contract (email templates, SOPs, webinars, trainings, data templates) for supplier engagements
- Develop and implement a feedback mechanism for suppliers whose files fail validation, ensuring timely corrections and continuous improvement.
- Track and report on contract signings, data-sharing progress, and compliance metrics for all reviews (QBRs, MBRs, Central Team Tracking)
- Support organization of six supplier summits, including content planning, logistics coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
- Support engagement with carriers for submissions of ESG related regulatory requirements
- Strong project management acumen with an ability to work backward from customer needs and create processes that support desired outcome.
- Agile mindset, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Analytical and data-driven approach, leveraging insights to track trends and optimize supplier engagement.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Detail-oriented project management skills, ensuring accuracy and compliance in contract execution.
- Proactive risk identification and problem-solving abilities to drive program success.
- No experience in carbon data collection, sustainability compliance, or supplier onboarding is needed. Training will be provided.
Basic Qualifications
- 1 years of program or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
