Sourcing For Kuiper Systems (Amazon Subsidiary)
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
3-5 years of experience,
Top tech company, flight or aerospace recruiter experience is preferred.
Strongly preferred to have bachelors degree
Have to be US citizenship to work in Kuiper space, needs to pass export control clearance
Sourcing recruiter experience required– take them 85% of the way through the process
Software: Excel and ATS/CRM systems nice to have.
Contract Length: 9 Months
Location: Bellevue WA.
Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour
