The Add to Delivery team is looking for a strategic product innovator to lead the program International Expansion. In this role, you’ll define the vision for Add-to-Delivery and Forward Deployment of Inventory, product requires to meet local customers needs and continuously improve through experimentation. You'll identify and eliminate friction points, driving innovation and delivering a seamless, delightful customer experience.

The Senior Product Manager, International Expansion for Add to Delivery and Forward Deployment of Inventory role demands a deep understanding of International customer needs, Amazon’s network,coordination with the Global Add to delivery product team, and curiosity to experiment your way toward new solutions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader and team builder with a track record of exceptional results. You excel at building strong cross-functional relationships, thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments, and can manage multiple priorities with ease. You possess excellent judgment, high standards, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

You dive deep into complex challenges but deliver simple, innovative solutions for customers. You are a trusted partner, a persuasive communicator, and someone people love working with. Most importantly, you are driven to pioneer new experiences, put the customer first, and challenge the status quo.

Key job responsibilities
1) Develop product vision and build product roadmap in coordination with the Add to delivery global team and International teams. Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners

2) Think big about the needs of our International customers (both end customers and network). Drive innovative experience design end-to-end that will delight the customer and improve our business

3) Approach complex business problems, aligning divergent stakeholder teams to a common plan

4) Partner cross functionally (business, engineering, UX, finance teams, operations) to drive innovative features that are demonstrably impactful in shaping the customer delivery experience.

5) Use high judgement to make critical tradeoffs, assess benefit and impact of new features and deliver without compromising long-term thinking and customer experience.

6) Passionately advocate for the customer, integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound decision making.

7) Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and partner relationships, including work prioritization, planning and delivery.

8) Comfortable with end to end experimentation to test hypotheses and develop features.

9) Knows to have fun!

About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
