This role will be a direct help to the owners, alleviating pressure to allow them to focus on client relationships and business development. It will be an in-office role that ensures seamless project execution by managing Microsoft Project schedules, tracking material procurement, and maintaining key project documentation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
Hard Skills:
Project scheduling (Microsoft Project proficiency preferred)
- Material procurement tracking and vendor coordination
- Contract administration (RFIs, submittals, change orders)
- Proficiency in Trello or similar project management tools
- Document management and workflow tracking
- Basic understanding of residential construction processes
