We're Hiring : Temporary HR Admin
Duration : 6-8 Weeks
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm
Start Date : Tuesday, February 12th
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional looking for a temporary opportunity in Human Resources? We’re seeking a Temporary HR Admin to join our team!
Job Responsibilities :
Scan and upload confidential files securely
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Assist walk-in employees with HR-related needs
Greet and manage visitors at the door
Work on Excel projects and data entry
Create professional slides in PowerPoint
Ideal Candidate :
Highly detail-oriented and organized
Able to handle confidential information with discretion
Quick learner with a proactive attitude
Previous experience in HR or administrative clerical roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
