We're Hiring: Temporary HR Admin
Duration: 6-8 Weeks
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Start Date: Tuesday, February 12th

Job Responsibilities:
- Scan and upload confidential files securely
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Assist walk-in employees with HR-related needs
- Greet and manage visitors at the door
- Work on Excel projects and data entry
- Create professional slides in PowerPoint
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude
- Previous experience in HR or administrative clerical roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
