Job Summary :
The Clinical Nurse Manager would report to the Administrative Director of Health at Home under the oversight of the Chief Nursing Officer. The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of Health at Home.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide input into the hiring of clinical staff and oversee their training and professional development.
- Liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans.
- Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed and develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity and quality of care.
- Develop and monitor quality initiatives inclusive of patient satisfaction.
- Ensure all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws and regulatory requirements.
