Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:

Communicate with customers in a way that fosters trust and empathy
- Be the positive interaction that changes a potentially unhappy customer into a customer that respects and trusts Ambia
Retention Effort Coordination:

Coordinate effectively with other departments that play a part in retaining a customer
- Communicate effectively via text, email, phone calls, and internal chats
Process Improvement:

Identify trends and best practices related to customer retention

Create and test new strategies aimed at increasing customer retention
- Collect feedback from customers and other departments related to customer retention
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, customer retention, advanced customer service, or a related role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Creative mindset with the ability to find solutions to a wide range of customer set backs.

Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
