Role: Director of HR Operations
As Ambient Enterprises’ HR department continues to grow into a robust, nationwide team, we are looking for someone to help us scale our HR programs, policies and tools. You’ll help streamline process improvements, work collaboratively on projects with Talent and Development teams, and create & maintain HR reporting. This role reports into the CHRO and will work closely with other HR leadership on an incredible team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR operational strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Help with management of HR systems and technologies, ensuring seamless integration and data accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with HR teams on system upgrades, enhancements, and training programs to improve operational efficiency.
- Continuously assess and recommend improvements to HR processes, systems, and tools to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, while managing the implementation of HR policies and best practices.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changing legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Ensure that all HR processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify areas of operational inefficiencies and work to streamline and automate HR functions where possible.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for HR operations, ensuring continuous improvement in performance and service delivery.
- Supervise and mentor HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR operations
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Expertise in HR software and technology (HRIS systems, payroll systems, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Change management expertise.
- Ability to drive results through team collaboration.
Estimated Salary:
$140,000 - $170,000 annually, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
