To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
• Escorts guests to atriums, interacting and familiarizing them with the hotel services and amenities to help create a positive guest experience.
• Inspects rooms to ensures they are ready for guests.
• Tours property frequently to inspect all areas and ensure security measures are in place.
• Delivers amenities to guests upon request.
• Consistently identifies opportunities to improve and enhance the guest experience.
• Maintains full knowledge of hotel services and offerings, and local area activities and events to maximize guests' experiences and provide awareness of the services available on property.
• Provides back up to support overnight manager.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
