This Houston site is working to upgrade the reliability at a recently acquired unit that has been impacting several other units. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on the site.
- Supervise and coach several Mechanical Reliability Engineers at a large petrochemical plant
- Drive a disciplined approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Implement Best Practices and develop / optimize Predictive / Preventative Maintenance Systems
- Assign unit reliability roles and reliability oriented projects to your team
- Serve as a working manager to additionally make technical contributions
- Support the design and installation of equipment and modifications to improve reliability
- Lead or participate on Reliability Improvement Teams
- Lead incident investigations
- Develop reliability improvement plans to prepare for a TA that is one year out
