Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification:

- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate telemedicine solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, or presentations under the guidance of senior sales staff.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to develop proposals and sales materials tailored to client needs.
- Assist in preparing and following up on quotes, contracts, and agreements.
- Market Research:
- Stay informed about telemedicine industry trends, competitors, and customer pain points.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
- Administrative Duties:
- Support sales team members in tracking sales metrics and performance goals.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
