We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Process payments accurately and handle financial transactions with discretion.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assisting with various clerical duties as needed
- Transcribing documents or notes as required
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients and visitors
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Strong administrative skills with experience in file management, calendar management, and general office tasks
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing information or messages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Previous experience as a personal assistant is beneficial but not required
