Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our spa, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation and laundry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general information to clients about our spa services services and products
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Skills:
- Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical records management
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with medical scheduling is a plus
