- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the wholesale and retail snowboard markets to drive revenue growth.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners to ensure strong brand representation.
- Oversee sales forecasting, inventory planning, and sell-through analysis to meet company goals.
- Lead and mentor the sales force, setting clear goals and ensuring execution aligns with strategic business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with brand messaging and product launches.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and grow partnerships in emerging markets.
- Monitor sales performance, generate detailed reporting, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of snowboard consumers to keep the brand ahead of the curve.

- Sales Data Analysis
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales/management, preferably within snowboard industry
- Experience working within retail a plus
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Secondary language a plus
