Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic Trainer/Lead to join our client's team in Athens TX

Responsibilities
- Help employee's resolve connectivity issues- such as resolving password, and PC errors on handheld devices.
- Connect new hires to the self-service tool and introduce them to the learning corner.
- Collaborate with Supervisors to submit learning rosters for courses tracked by the department heads
- Pull data reports on MLL competition status.
- Assist the trainers in temp-hire onboarding by auditing onboarding quality, implementing continuous improvement, conducting 30-day refresher training, and certifying all temp associates.
- Create training materials including presentations for meetings.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements as needed.
- Assist in associate conversion by ensuring newly converted associates spend time in the learning corner for 100% company's essentials completion within the first 30 days.
Job description: -
- Prepare new-hire packets. Conduct orientation briefings with newly converted associates.
- Document Control- Work directly with trainers, QA Techs and QEs to create/update work instructions, JBS’, SPLs, quality alerts, etc. Including QA processes, new areas of support, and gaps.
- Nonconformance data entry- Assist in processing and entering NCF, LPH, SAFETY, etc. forms.
- Provide weekly feedback to agencies and coaching to trainees to enhance their skills. Seek feedback from associates regarding training quality, training needs, ideas, and suggestions for improvement to include retraining needs/auditing.
- Digital Tools- Assist in management of eVersatility employee entry, management of records. MLL roster entries.
- Training videos/photos- Create content for core related training as well as job/task specific training.
- Train in all the tasks of a trainer. Standardize training program across 1st and 2nd shift.
- Plans, conduct, coordinate, and implement a comprehensive training program for staff to follow.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Operations/Distribution/HR/Personnel, or Learning.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, results driven, ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
- Have a strong initiative to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
- Hours are M-F 8 am-5 pm Requires flexibility in the schedule should the client need additional assistance.
- This position is a one yer temp position.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
